WOUND DEBRIDEMENT
Wound debridement at home
A procedure to heal the wound when it is healing well on its own.
Surgical sharp and conservative sharp debridement is performed by a skilled practitioner using surgical instruments such as scalpel, curette, scissors, rongeur, and forceps.
CHEMOPORT HANDLING AT HOME
Procedure charges additional (TPN / Blood transfusion / Chemo therapy / IV fluids / IV medication / IV antibiotics )
Chemo port at home
Care for Chemo port to ensure non-clogging of blood or medicine when port is not in use
PLASMA INFUSION(AT HOME)
Plasma infusion (along with 5 Bags of Plasma)
This procedure includes – Blood sample collection for cross match on the day of transfusion by nurse
Doctor assessment and monitoring charges for first 30 minutes of transfusion.
Plasma administration charges and emergency management (excludes hospital transport in emergency)
The donated blood is processed to remove blood cells, leaving behind liquid (plasma) and antibodies to fight viruses.
COLOSTOMY BAG CHANGE (colostomy bag to be procured by family)
Closed bags may need changing 1 to 3 times a day.
There are also drainable bags that need to be replaced every 2 or 3 days.
